Sustainability reporting often lands in dense documents and technical language. Best Group wanted something different. They saw their report as a chance to lead with design—making their impact visible, their actions understandable, and their commitments feel real. The challenge was to translate a wide range of data and initiatives into something people could not just access, but connect with. It needed to feel transparent without being overwhelming. Serious, but never sterile.

We created Sustainable By Design—a campaign and digital experience that reframes the idea of reporting as communication. At its centre is the Sustainability Snapshot, a purpose-built microsite that transforms complex content into an intuitive journey. Clear writing, original illustration, animation, and a simple UX structure work together to build trust and understanding. A bold campaign logo and supporting assets—like screen-printed T-shirts—extend the story beyond the screen, giving Best Group’s people something they can stand behind, literally.

The result is a sustainability story designed to stick. The Snapshot brings clarity to complexity, helping stakeholders explore real outcomes without sifting through pages. The broader campaign activates the brand internally and externally, reinforcing Best Group’s values through every interaction. It’s not just a creative treatment of a compliance task. It’s a story, a tool, and a statement of intent. Made to be shared. Made to be felt. Made to last.
